Conference Planning Checklist

Is your association planning a conference this year? We suggest starting to plan medium to large scale events at least a year in advance. If this is your first time planning a large conference you may want to even plan 2 years in advance – you’ll be surprised at how many meetings it takes to get something done! Once you gather your initial team together to start planning your event, you’ll need something basic to get started. We’ve created this foundational checklist to help you during the beginning planning stages. This will help you assign task-related areas to a specific person and declare due dates for completion.
